Following his studies at South Korea\u2019s Hotel Tourism Vocational College in Ansan, he started his career at Incheon\u2019s Italian restaurant T Robin before progressing to two Michelin-starred fine dining sushi restaurant Shoukouwa at Raffles Singapore as a line cook leader and one Michelin-starred French restaurant Dining In Space as chef de partie.<\/p>\n<p>He has also worked at Peruvian restaurant Y Gaston in Lima, deemed among the World\u2019s Top 33 Restaurants in 2017, premium Korean beef BBQ restaurant Sibsamdae in Incheon, and Sokcho\u2019s brunch caf\u00e9 Starian.
